Marketing and Communications Coordinator

Job Duties:

• Annually develop and implement marketing plans to support growth in company’s program underwriting and wholesale brokerage divisions
• Create, execute and evaluate direct email campaigns on behalf business units.
• Maintain company website using WordPress. Keep content current and engaging.
• Broaden social networking to benefit the organization.
• Create and update sell sheets and assorted collateral, including PowerPoint presentations, RFP’s, ads, etc.
• Manage relationship with printing vendor and coordinate stationery needs.
• Manage relationship with corporate gift vendor.
• Arrange business unit participation in industry conferences

Required Skills:

• Highly motivated team player who can work collaboratively and build consensus
• Proficiency with WordPress, HTML
• Proficiency with Adobe Suite, Office Suite (Mac and PC)
• Ability to effectively manage competing and changing priorities
