If you have vehicles registered in, or employees located in, the following states there will be an additional premium charge for this exposure. You have the right to reject such insurance, but it must be in writing.

Affected states: Florida; Indiana; Louisiana; New Hampshire; Vermont; West Virginia.

Certified Terrorism

Certified Terrorism is a mandatory coverage under the ezumbrella.com program. There will be an additional premium charged for this coverage.

Risk Purchasing Groups

Coverage is provided under a group master policy issued to a Risk Purchasing Group organized in accordance with the federal Liability Risk Retention act (15 U.S.C. §3901 et. seq.).

  • $25,000,000 Per Occurrence
  • $25,000,000 Products and Completed Operations Hazard Aggregate
  • $25,000,000 General Aggregate, where applicable, follow form of Primary Policies
  • $10,000,000 Per Occurrence

  • $10,000,000 General Aggregate, where applicable, follow form of Primary Policies
  • $5,000,000 Per Occurrence
  • $5,000,000 Products and Completed Operations Hazard Aggregate
  • $5,000,000 General Aggregate, where applicable, follow form of Primary Policies

Except New York – $10,000 SIR

Coverage Terms

Coverage terms are as defined in the Certificate of Insurance, the Master Policy for the Insured’s Risk Purchasing Group and any applicable endorsements.
