Annie Li, Client Service Specialist
As a Client Service Specialist with ezumbrella.com, Annie Li helps the platform work smoothly from application to binding. Annie ensures that the data, including billing and records, are kept in order and responds to ad hoc service requests such as endorsements or loss runs. In addition, Annie assimilates a variety of bordereaux and other reporting for the ezumbrella.com unit.Annie joined ezumbrella.com in 2006 from CitiGroup, where she was a File Control assistant responsible for the maintenance of various databases. Her previous experience includes serving in a variety of capacities at TIAA-CREF in New York. Annie started there as a Senior Records Preparation Assistant and was promoted to Image Capture Specialist as a result of her impressive attention to detail. She was ultimately promoted to a Quality Assurance Specialist where she managed incoming participant checks and related documents, reviewing them for acceptable quality. During her time at TIAA-CREF, Annie was the the recipient of many AAA Services Awards for outstanding work performance and dedication, including the Individual Performance Recognition Award in 1999, 2000, and 2002.Annie is fluent in both Cantonese and Mandarin and holds an Accounting Certificate from the Professional Business Institute of New York.
