Forgot Your Password or Want To Change It? No Problem!
It’s easy to get a new password in the new ezumbrella. Just follow these quick steps:
Login to ezumbrella.
You’ll see this screen. Click “Forgot Password.”
Enter your e-mail address in the Username and Password fields and click “Send.”
A temporary password will be mailed to you. Click OK and check your e-mail inbox for this temporary password. Your temporary password is valid for 60 minutes and then it will expire. You can always request another one if that happens.
Enter the temporary password that was mailed to you, then click Login.
Now enter your new password twice and click Change. Your new password must be no less than 6 and no more than 20 characters long and have least one number.
