I forgot my User ID.
Your User ID is your e-mail address.
I forgot my password.
Don’t worry. If you forgot your password you can request it from the login screen here. Just find the button that says “Forgot Password,” click on it, and follow the instructions.

How do I renew an account that was bound in the the old system?
All renewal accounts with effective dates on or after 11/15/11 have been migrated to the new ezumbrella.com for your convenience. You’ll see them in your agent workspace. Simply select the account, complete the application, and submit!
What if I need documentation from the old system?
Account information for accounts bound through the previous system will be available in the old system until 12/31/11. After that time, if you need documentation, call our service team at 866.308.8555 and we’ll help!
