Bob Martin is Vice President of Operations and manages the infrastructure that supports Preferred’s service model. Bob is responsible for systems setup, integration, and workflow design and directs process efficiency and document flows for Preferred’s business units. In addition, Bob maintains internal compliance protocols and ensures adherence to both company and State guidelines. Prior to Preferred, Bob held operations positions as Assistant Vice President of Mercator Risk Services and Director of Operations of Tennant Risk Services. Before that, Bob held various positions with Connecticut Surety Group, where he rose the through the ranks to become a Vice President in charge of all aspects of the Company’s operations, including compliance, workflow, agency administration, budgeting, systems and internal audit. Bob holds a B.A from Hobart College and is a licensed P&C and surplus lines broker in New Jersey.
