With seventeen years’ experience in the insurance industry, Diane Smith is a valuable asset to the Preferred Underwriting team.  Diane joined Preferred Concepts in 2006, specializing in underwriting and placement of worker’s compensation, Habitational and a range of commercial accounts of varying sizes.  In 2010, Diane joined Preferred’s brokerage division.  Prior to Preferred, Diane assisted clients at several retail agencies, including Tooher Ferraris, Shoff Darby and Hub International where she focused primarily on Habitational and general commercial lines business.  Diane is a Certified Insurance Counselor.
