Erica Delaney is an Assistant Underwriter at ezumbrella.com who understands the value of client service.  Erica assists ezumbrella.com customers who are new to the platform and in addition helps them access additional products in Preferred Underwriting, Preferred Advantage and Preferred Brokerage.   Erica previously worked in the finance department of Preferred Concepts where she specialized in policy reinstatements and cancellations, applied cash, and audit review preparation.  Before that, she was an intern at the Henry Street Settlement, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping children with troubled homes.

Erica was a double major at Pace University in Manhattan and holds a B.A. in both Applied Psychology and Human Relations.
