Francesca D’Angelo is Executive Vice President of Preferred Underwriting and manages the company’s program underwriting unit, which includes a suite of real estate and hospitality solutions. In addition, Francesca oversees ezumbrella.com, a website where retail agents quote, bind and issue umbrella liability insurance in minutes.

Francesca joined Preferred Concepts in 2005 as Vice President of Underwriting after spending four years with St. Paul Travelers as a Regional Vice President supervising a $60 million book of umbrella business for Fortune 1000 clients. Additionally she held authority for specialty excess and umbrella referrals.

Previously, Francesca served at Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company for a total of twenty years where she held various underwriting and management positions. Francesca managed a team with a $35 million book and her territory included the NY metro area.  Prior to Fireman’s Fund, Francesca began her insurance career working for the Home Insurance Company.
