Hurricane Sandy: Update
First and foremost, Preferred Concepts extends its sympathies to the families and communities of those who have been impacted by Hurricane Sandy. We hope that you and your loved ones are safe and have begun your recovery from the storm.
Please be advised that email and business systems remain fully functional for all of Preferred Concepts.
Our Hartford, CT, Westport, CT and Overland Park, KS offices are open and in anticipation of continued power outages and prolonged transportation obstacles in the New York Metro area, we have activated the business contingency plan for our New York City office location so that customer service may continue without interruption.
Remote access to all systems remains available to New York office employees. Our telephone service provider is presently working to re-route all New York direct office lines to employee cell phones. For your convenience, a list of staff cell phones may be found here. Our email addresses remain unchanged and we can be reached by that means as well.
