  • Instructions for Reporting High Limit Umbrella Liability Claims

    • All claims on the high limit umbrella liability policy noted should be reported to Preferred Concepts. There are four ways for you to submit new loss reports:

      Please Note:

        • To expedite the handling of your newly reported loss, please include a completed accord.
        • Notices that do not require action (“incident reports”) should be clearly marked “REPORT ONLY.”
        • Preferred Concepts will review all claims notices upon receipt and direct your claim to the appropriate carrier. A claim acknowledgement will be sent by the designated carrier to your attention.

      • All claims regardless of severity or location on the primary general liability policy noted should be reported to the YORK Claims Intake Center. The YORK Claims Intake Center is ready to accept new losses and provides four ways for you to submit new loss reports:

Package Claims

  • Instructions for Reporting Package Claims

    • Policy terms and conditions with respect to claims reporting may vary. Often claims must be reported in writing as soon as practical or as soon as possible. Many policies also require insureds to report an incident that could give rise to a claim.Diligent claims reporting helps to protect the insured’s interests and also helps to avoid potentially litigious situations. As a best practice, the insured should report a claim in accordance with the terms of the policy.Reported claims should be followed by a written acknowledgement. If acknowledgement is not received, you must follow up to ensure that the claim has been recognized. Coverage could be jeopardized if the claim is not acknowledged. Verbal claim reporting is not an acceptable practice.To report a claim under the Package Program please submit it to:
